This shop is a classic neighborhood spot that makes for a comfy place to work remotely — and they’re open late every day.

519 S 13th St, Omaha, NE 68102 (Old Market)

Archetype Coffee*

One of our favorite parts about working from a coffee shop is just how dang good it smells. This coffee shop has multiple locations in town for a relaxed spot to study or hang out.

Wanting a place to study that has a downright fun vibe? Look no further. Grab a table indoors next to the bar, or sit on the patio to work while you watch the pickleball courts.

10730 Pacific St Suite 150, Omaha, NE 68114 (Regency Landing)

Bureikou Tea & More

This tea shop in the heart of downtown Papillion is a quaint, cozy spot to pull out your laptop and get productive.

Cafe Postale

This spacious cafe has indoor and outdoor seating — plus a pretty nice view of the downtown skyline. It’s a great spot for relaxed working.

950 S 10th St, Omaha, NE 68108 (Downtown)

The Fat Putter

This one might seem unconventional, but hear us out. Adjacent to the courses, this mini golf & bar spot has couches and tables that’d make for a unique study location. Plus there are even more tables on the patio for when the weather’s nice.

111 N 10th St, Omaha, NE 68102 (Capitol District)

This sleek cafe has the best view of the Missouri River. With a decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating, it’s a cool spot to pull out your laptop and get productive.

345 Riverfront Dr, Omaha, NE 68102 (Downtown)

Flagship Commons

If noise doesn’t bother you, put this one on your list. It’s in a mall, so expect a certain level of commotion. But there are plenty of tables to choose from.

10000 California St, Omaha, NE 68114 (Westroads Mall)

1231 S 14th St, Omaha, NE 68108 (Little Bohemia)

Omaha Public Library*

This is an underrated option, in our opinion. It’s free. It’s quiet. With multiple branches spread throughout town, there’s bound to be an OPL library branch near you, so you don’t have to travel far. And with a library card, you can even reserve a private room so you can get focused work done. You’ll also find Do Space inside one of the branches, in case you need to check out their tech or use specialized software.

Rally Coffee Co.

1001 Douglas St, Omaha, NE 68102 (Old Market)

Smash Park

If you’re not easily distracted by the hubbub of an entertainment center, this would be a fun spot to work in their indoor or outdoor seating areas. Anyone up for a ping pong study break?

8121 S 125th St, La Vista, NE 68128

Spielbound

This board game cafe is a chill spot to study. To avoid the busy evening hours, plan for a morning or afternoon study session here.
